The short version
Staff is a tab beside Roster. Add someone with a name and an email or a phone, then pick the role that decides what they can do.
The one thing to remember
Stat Keeper is the one that matters on game day. Group Admin has full control, Data Entry is for combine events, and View Only cannot edit.
