Flag football field size and dimensions
NFL FLAG, USA Flag and IFAF fields are 70 yards long, end zones included. NFL FLAG is 30 yards wide, and USA Flag and IFAF are 25. College puts the goal lines 80 yards apart. High school lets each state choose 80 or 100 yards between goal lines.
Field size changes how far kids run and how plays look. Check it before your first game.

Questions.
Usually not. Only the high school book allows 100 yards between the goal lines. It is one of the sizes a state can pick, and Illinois uses it. Other rulebooks here use 70 yards end to end, or 80 between the goal lines.
